• Responsible for overall Organic Cotton Supply Chain of C&A and to achieve the targets of Organic garments.
• Mapping and controlling C&A’s complete organic supply chain including Bangladesh and Pakistan. Which includes Farm Project, Ginner, Spinner, Weaving, and Manufacturing
• Coordinating with almost all spinning mills of Pakistan / Bangladesh for the C&A yarn sourcing.
• Responsible for maintaining data base of all spinners / fabric manufacturer of Pakistan
• Coordinating with all C&A supply chain partners for their organic certification process.
• Responsible for presenting the monthly data of organic supply chain to C&A management.
• Visiting cotton fields to evaluate the quality of cotton.
• Responsible for Auditing the mills and generate report for the nomination process.
• Responsible for evaluating the organic certification GOTS / OE of each garment manufacturer / spinner.
