-Build a multi-year strategic product line that reduces SKUs by 10% and maintains profit and fufills global market needs
-Research global consumer insights for new product development briefs
-Analyze human and bicycle fit data to reveal significant trends for rider   categories and gender, present findings to engineering and leadership 
-Create, validate and implement new Specialized Women’s product philosophy and product litmus test into current and future projects
-Present new product lines to global sales groups and global dealers 
-Write sales, retail and consumer facing new technology explanations
