I'm an Emmy nominated field producer for national entertainment news program Access Hollywood (NBC). With two degrees, a BA in Journalism and an MA in Communication Studies, becoming a member of the Comcast and NBC Universal families has afforded me the opportunity to apply my multi-disciplinary curriculum in a multitude of ways.
Working in the field, I have covered everything from red carpets to court hearings, all while composing timely news pieces for day-of-air. Having learned quickly that multi-tasking and efficiency are key in this business, my demonstration of these strengths allowed me to graduate to a specialization in Branded Content, supporting a fundamental revenue stream for our national news program.
My proficiency in teamwork and cross functional collaboration has formed robust partnerships with companies including Bioré, Marshalls, The Cheesecake Factory, Home Away and Rue La La (Gilt). Along with these companies, I have successfully produced a number of integration segments, telling brand stories that are both informational and entertaining, all while staying true to the each brand's unique message.
My aptitude for directing team members towards a common goal has consistently resulted in a cohesive final output, formed collectively by the expertise of numerous departments. I work through each and every project hand-in-hand with our internal publicity, legal and branded entertainment teams, all while meeting the goals of our external clientele. It is my firm belief that innovation is best sought through creative collaboration, and it is this process that has fortified my passion for brand marketing.
