Building a scalable sales strategy grew sales from $9million up to $50million with national and global customers. Facilitated expansion of product offerings from two core lines to six complimentary lines leading to market diversification and sales growth. 
- Represent company with sales covering six product lines. 
- Oversee the sales function in house and with outside sales representatives. 
- Maintain construction schedules for new and remodel stores, and coordination with project managers and contractors.
- Set pricing strategies to achieve maximum sales potential while maintaining expected margins.
- Negotiate and coordinate special customer needs through design, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Identify potential new customers and markets.
- Initiate product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products.
- Plan, create, and execute marketing media (Print, Web, and Trade show) to further the overall growth and success of the company.
