• PO Tracking: Created and kept our PO log current and made sure the E-commerce team was aware of any delays

Assistant Buyer

• Distributions Reports: Allocate Merchandise to stores based on selling patterns
• Upload POs onto Oracle and ensure the merchandise matches Invoices
• Communicate with stores, vendors, and coworkers so the merchandise can be received and allocated efficiently 

Merchandise Processor

•  Worked with Planning and Buying Team in order to Transfer merchandise to Nordstrom Rack
• Sample PO Coordinator: Issued POs for all sample orders and insured all samples were photographed  
• Nordstrom Transfers: Was responsible for creating sell though analyses after each event
