Jacqueline Oakley

Jacqueline recently graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism: emphasis in Media Studies with a minor in Political Science and is actively pursing full-time employment. Her background is in customer relations, marketing, content management, social media, journalism, and lifestyle writing/blogging. She is experienced in customer service, writing, editing, and creative development. Jacqueline has proved to be hard working, goal oriented, and a team player.

Impressive industry exposure gained through various project management roles, which began in Account Services at Civilian, a full-service advertising agency in San Diego. Jacqueline interned at Civilian and was eventually hired full-time as a remote Web Development Coordinator for the creation of a client's new website. Most recently, she worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant for Arup, a global architectural design and engineering firm, editing and developing compelling communications content, including media pitches, editorial stories, project pages, and news releases.

Jacqueline is very active and enjoys being a part of the community by being outdoors and doing activities including surfing, yoga, and hiking. To say the least, she's not afraid to put herself out there and truly be herself.
