I´m in the process of finding a new organization where I can turn all the adquired knowledge over the past years, where I can be part of a regional and bigger executive team, result oriented, and continue my professional career and at the same time, substancially contribute with the business development. 
The past few years gave me a general and multidisciplinary profile, in a volatile uncertain, complex and ambiguos context.

Global Branding S.A. –President & shareholder. - Argentina
Revenues USD2.000.000 – 12 employees.
Start up – New company created for the exclusive purpose of representing international Brands in
Argentina and Uruguay.
License contract for Fox Head (USD280MM revenues/year), Shift, Neff, Von Zipper y Odi.
-I had the chance to investigate and detect new local market opportunities and go after brands with no or
few presence in Argentina.
-Built up the Business Plan and the proposal to the number one Motocross Brand globally.
-International negotiation with the key executive team and sign out an Exclusive License agreement for 5+3
years in Argentina.
-I have created and developed our organization team.
-Developed and lead the comercial, marketing, supply chain, finance and sourcing plan.
-Launched the Brand to our market dealing with the complex scenario of Import restricctions and high
inflation.
-Developed credit lines wth several Banks for the healthy and sustainable growth of the business.
-+1020% growth since we started business.
-Sustained market share growth based on a solid marketing plan, agressive comercial channel and
atractive product line.
-New brands incorporated trying to diversify our business.
-Leading a multidisciplinary and solid team.

Revenues USD250.000 / 5 employees
Start up – New company created for the exclusive purpose of representing international Brands in
Argentina and Uruguay.
International negotiation with European management and owner for Alpinestars.
In order to sign the license agreement for Argentina and Uruguay I had to search and detect new
opportunites and Brand awarness in our market.
-Contacted with several potencial companies abroad with no or few presence in ARG.
-I´ve traveled to LA, CA with pre-arranged meetings.
-Also traveled to Action Sports Trade show several times – AGENDA.
-From over twenty meetings, we ended up with three potential brands.
-Built up the Business Plan and the proposal for the Brand with more awarensess in Motorsports globally.
-International negotiation with the key executive team and owner and sign out an Exclusive License
agreement for 5 years in Argentina and Uruguay.
-Built up the team and developed – execute the business plan from top to bottom.

Managing Partner - GM

-Supply Chain & International department –in charge of 5 people. Reporting directly to CEO.
-I have Coordinated and supervised supply chain process from demand planning to wholesale deliveries.
-Lead monthly KPIs meetings and coordination with Marketing campaigns.
-P&L responsability
-Continuous analysis over new potential brands to develop in Argentina.

Supply Chain & International department Manager

-Supply Chain Inbound / Outbound Coordinator. In charge of 4 people
-Coordinated supply chain process, Imports, Customs & Logistics.
-Scorecard report – Kpis.
-Monthly Marketing meeting in order to deliver on time key stories products in a scenario with Import restrictions.
-Continuous contact with local authorities beacause of imports restrictions.
-Participated in a global Project leading LATAM región and travelling to HONG KONG for international RFQ with
carriers. Yearly fixed rates negotiated during the process for the whole región.
-LEAN methodology apllierd on Imports department.

-Supplay Chain Manager (6 months – Maternity leave) – in charge of 6 people. -Supply Chain Inbound / Outbound Coordinator. In charge of 4 people
