Corporate Representative for negotiations and follow-up with Government at all levels.
Opened 96 Stores in 2010 – the largest yearly opening for Walmart Brazil operation.
Implemented Gas Station Program for all Stores with the project approval in Bentonville (AR) personally.
Defined the goals such as CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, ROI, from scratch.
Responsible for an annual budget of US$ 300MM.
Leadership a team of 10 Regional Project Managers across the country.
Participated at three M&A programs with the successful acquisition of SONAE.
Managed 10 new store construction (Hypermarkets and Wholesalers).
