As a professional with experience in designing/developing, directing, and executing projects for high-profile brands, I feel that I could contribute to your organization.

My background includes simultaneously leading and designing for 5 brands (Coca-Cola, Warner Bros, Chilli Beans, Mormaii, and Be Red) at AMC Têxtil (the biggest Fashion Company in Latin America) and designing for Sao Paulo Fashion Week.

Some of my responsibilities in the fashion field for the past 7 years have been: implementing forward-thinking, creating new seasonal collections, and leading creation/development of 250 seasonal garment styles for each brand (women’s and men's wear). Working directly with marketing and sales teams, approving samples and fabrics, designing tech packs, and directing campaigns.
I have experience in different segments of the fashion field, such as active wear, surf wear, and street wear.

Highlights of my experience include:

Directing campaigns, coordinating creative teams,   styling, giving presentations, and providing insights for assertive products using sales feedback

• Oversee the specifications process and the apparel development teams to assure the on-time development, engineering, and accurate specification for all apparel;
• Create and design complete tech packs, with maximum details.
• Prospect New vendors, domestic and overseas
• Manages the product development timeline in conjunction with the timelines of the Company’s business strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to have samples in time for photoshoots
• Develops products that meet or exceed predetermined gross margin targets and communicates the specifications and product details to the vendors
• Collaborate on Prints/artwork as a graphic designer and Technical designer
• Source and develop quality products on monthly basis.
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and overseas vendors to ensure the best product is executed.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of product development calendars.
• Assist WIPs for all product stages for a fast-paced calendar
• Identify problem areas and provide viable solutions that will benefit the product development cycle and collaborate closely with the Designer/CEO
• Main point of contact/communicator of changes and alerts cross-functional departments(Design, Tech Designer and production)
• Receive, inspect, spec, and approve strike-offs, photoshoot samples.
• Manage all day-to-day communication with the factory

• Implemented and created SpreadSheet with all and every Styles information in detail for Customer service and Ecomm manager.
• Input ideas and solutions for the production team.
• Implemented Blank Cads for Linesheet based on cost sheet so Designer can be effective in his creation.
• Collaborate with tech packer when time is tight, doing art tech packs.
• Create repeat prints for vendors based on the Designer’s artwork.
• Identify any print issue on the art and fix it for the designer.


Designer and Product Developer 

• Trend research and color scheme.
• Creating and developing full cycle of garments to production.
• Oversee the process of fabric, trims, prints, buying.
• Tech pack designer, graphic designer.

• Communication with factories to ensure the final product is what was asked/ designed. (quality, price, shape, cut, seam)
• Meetings and analysis of top sales to understand the specs of products sold.

• Collaborate with the creative director to visualize and create insights that improved brand performance;
Ecommerce coordinator:
• Create, launch, maintain, and optimize on-site merchandising across own website (Shopify).
• Manage multichannel promotional marketing calendar, planning for and executing seasonal marketing campaigning.
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts across platforms -Manage direct email marketing efforts to drive revenue and growth to subscriber list on Klaviyo and Mail Chimp.
• Manage Social Media channels and blogs to drive traffic and build brand awareness.
• Keep track of the latest platform developments and opportunities across channels.

• Directed the collections and campaigns of 5 brands with different DNAs at the same time;
• Team up with eCommerce teams & regional marketing lead to identifying story-telling opportunities & appropriate support;
• Drive the right balance between brand and commercial design needs
• Created the collection’s theme/concept for prints, graphics, and garments;
• Directed the creation of over 700 styles per season (woven and knits) - a total of all brands;
• Designer - tech pack, graphics, fitting, fabrics and trim approval;
