 Three years online freelance Quickbooks Expert from Intuit I am well versed with Quickbooks and Accounting and have a strong experience with eCommerce, IT industry, Curtain services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Constructions businesses and Group of Companies updating GL accounts. I am currently working for a Paramount Group Limited in UK based company as an Accounting Staff also I was previously a bookkeeper for Crystaltec and Casafloors Pty Ltd Australia on daytime using Quickbooks online. I am a very intuitive and needs a little attention once I get to know the task. I experienced updating Quickbooks file with over 100 transactions a week coming from different selling platforms (e.g. Amazon, Magento Store, eBay, and others). I also submit monthly accounting reports and task with reconciling five credit cards and two Checking accounts. Aside from, daily submission of purchase orders from vendors and correspondence through email and some through phone follow up with clients to discuss ledger discrepancy. I am also responsible for entering a detailed bill from transit and couriers providers such as FedEx and Extra Express bills.

Updating GL accounts to new Master Chart of Accounts. Generate COA Updating - Monitoring Schedule, COA Request Log, and queries on emails.

Coding daily transactions using QBs online. Bank Reconciliation and updating bills and invoices on QBs.


Staff Accountant 

Daily collections task. Managing AR accounts sending related follow up. Handles phone calls and emails.
Meeting quota $15,000 collections and 20 phone follow up. Submit report day to day basis.
