Summary

As a bicycling industry sales representative in Northern California I have spent over fifteen years in bike shops in the territory.

I first started working in this territory for Advanced Sports back in 2005, and grew it from $300,000 to over $2 million in revenue. During my 6 1/2 years with ASI I had continual growth in this territory. This is something most sales reps cannot boast about. I've accomplished this amazing growth through hard work, deep product knowledge, and a passion for cycling. I am respected by shops here as they know that I go out of my way to help them by being available to them when they need me or by participating in their events and clinics as a way to make them more successful.

Beginning in 2011 I decided to become an independent rep and form the Lauber Cycling Group representing lines such as Factor, SE Bikes, Sidi, Reynolds, Louis Garneau to name a few. Each of the lines that I represent in the territory have seen growth in double and triple digits.

To tell you a bit about me, I've been in and around cycling since 1982, as an amateur road cyclist and retail shops so I understand what motivates shop owners. I was able to land positions with the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and the Goodwill Games in NYC. And I've supplemented my enthusiasm for cycling with a BS in business.

I have been married to my wife Gwyn since 2001 and we have an amazing 14 year old daughter named Carrington. Not to mention 2 dogs and a ca.

I am confident that I will be able to have success in the territory for many years to come.
