Vice President Global Products, Marketing and Business Development

Opportunity: Digital Transformation in Sports, Media and Entertainment, has enabled Customer Experience (CX) to take center stage with Global dimensions, bringing Video, TVE, OTT, VOD, SVOD, Mobile, Digital and Social Media as a channel Products and Audiences together at a Global scale, bringing with it a need for Global deployment with Local effectiveness.  
Role: Lead, shape and execute products’ vision. Plan, develop and market customer-centric Sports, Media and Entertainment Products in an industry-changing environment through innovation. Lead cross-functional teams in multiple geographies, wearing different hats, from Product Designers to Sales teams, leading the Product to success through Strategy, Planning, Development, Deployment and Commercialization. Leverage both your Creative and Strategic skills, working in Startup mode, owning Voice of the Consumer and collaborating product, marketing and digital technology partners across the Globe 

Achievements: 
•	Development of Sports, Media and Entertainment Marketing, Distribution and Business Partnerships across markets
•	Leading Launching strategy for Sports, Media and Entertainment mobile and Social Media virtual Video sites 
•	Leading development and implementation of Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategy by market
•	Development of 10Y Product roadmap for three products with coverage in North America, Latin America and Europe
•	Developed global partnerships with local consultants and contractors for successful deployment of products
•	Leading End-to-end Customer Experience (CX) strategy, across-digital platforms (Online, Mobile, Social Media)
•	Leading NPS strategy, Design Thinking, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Avatars ChatBots
•	Leading development of Google Analytics tools to measure Acquisition, Customer Experience and User Experience
•	Monitoring Audience: Demographics, Interests, Technology, Devices and Benchmarking and Flow, Acquisition: Traffic (Channels, Treemaps, Source, Referrals), AdWorks (Campaigns, SEM, Queries, Times, Destination, Organic, and Behavior: Flow, Content (drilldown, Landing, Exits), Speed (Timing, Speed Suggestions, Time Suggestions), Search (terms and Pages), Events, and Publishers
