• Brokered the licensing of Body Glove to The Outdoor Recreation Group, working closely with the Ownership and Key Executives of both companies.

• Developed the marketing, sales and positioning strategies for the Body Glove brand within TORG.

• Assembled a top tier Field Sales Force with extraordinary national retailer access.

• Successfully placed the new Body Glove line with key retailers and pioneered several unique new channels of distribution.

General Manager

• Acted as Divisional COO which included recruiting and directing the sales force and design team.

• Initiated the company's entrance into the Sporting Goods and Outdoor Market sectors.

• Negotiated and signed two licenses (Coleman and Caribbean Joe). Managed the liaison with both licensors. Oversaw several OEM initiatives for key retail partners and national brands.

Executive Vice President

• Directed all facets of the private label division of Ricardo including product development, marketing and sales.

• Increasing the business by 40% in an extremely competitive environment. Ran the international division of Ricardo developing derivative product appropriate to each country; greatly increasing sales.

Vice President

• Served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Sirco International (an Executive Officer position of a publicly traded company) reporting directly to the President/CEO. Oversaw a staff of executives and their support personnel who included: National & Regional Sales Managers. Key Account Managers and Independent Sales Agencies.
• Maintained heavy involvement with all major national accounts, with special emphasis on the Sporting Goods market.
• Successfully prepped and shepherded company through 2 acquisitions.
• Managed 7 licenses and Canadian subsidiary. Licenses included Skechers, Fila, Perry Ellis, Dunlop, MTV Sports, Gold's Gym and Maui and Sons. Sirco sold to Interbrand LLC in 1999.
