- Design collection based on vendor's trend direction and current seasonal trends
for market line for each account
- Initiate inspiration in support of seasonal trends and work with team to complete
each collection
- Identify fabric and techniques for sourcing, work closely with PD and Buying Teams
- Ensure all categories are well-balanced, covet-able, and fulfills the requested Buying team's
needs for the season
- Lead category presentations and develop team members to present
- Oversee initiation and completion of all tech packs and approvals for all categories
- Oversee teams fulfillment of tasks to hit all deadlines
- Travel for factory visits and inspiration/store visits
