Product Designer

• Designing props using AutoCAD and Sketchup Pro for theme-based laser tag arenas and black light putt-putt courses
around the world.
• Rendering 3D model images in Adobe Photoshop that are utilized in professional design boards for client presentations
and final signature.
• Making V-Carve files for router to cut 8'x4' sheets of MDX, MDF, HDPE, Acrylic, and other materials in optimal cut paths
for production.

Project Engineer

•	Participated in extensive six-week SAP training from Headquarters (Nesselwang, Germany).
•	Developed production flows, space requirements, and personnel resource requirements for existing and new activities
utilizing continuous improvement initiatives.
•	Created Work Instructions/Redbooks to train employees on new procedures.
•	Trained and supported production lines (Electronics Assembly, Tube Welding, Sensor-Insert Fabrication, Thermowell
Machining and Thermometer Assembly/Packaging).
•	Configured SAP to enable new product options for customer order placement through product configurator resulting in
$250,000 of new sales in first 6 months.
•	Prepared BOMs of new products or transfers in SAP which were used for inventory control of entire plant.

Industrial Engineer

Operated as the sole implementer for IMMI's MES (Manufacturing Execution System), while setting up parts for component validation, fixture validation, and visual representation of part drawings including sub-assemblies for operator
use and quality enforcement.
•	Set up parts through ERP system such as: item container relationship, sub-inventories, weights, various labels, labor
events, line operations, and routings.
•	Assisted in the development and maintenance of process documents such as PFMEA's, control plans, corrective actions, VIS's (visual instruction sheet), and PCI's (process control instruction).
•	Designed a pick-to-light system that reduced the cost of traditional pick-to-light systems by more than 50% while increasing productivity and nearly eliminating the #1 quality constraint, which consisted of missing or incorrect hardware
on products delivered to customers.
