• Provided market entry strategies to Vary Gap, a professor-led wireless charging technology start-up, by leading
a team of 6 to conduct market research in 5 potential areas including electric vehicles, drones, and medical devices.
• Transformed the decision-making process of Speaker4Schools, an educational charity, from judgments based on human experience to a statistical model based on public data, significantly reduced the decision-making time.

Recommended a 4-billion-dollar industrial park to attract companies in the clean energy and smart manufacturing
industries based on analysis of their synergy and business potential with projected revenue of 1.5-billion-dollar.
• Planned the urbanization of a 950-acre industrial area by estimating the demand for office, commercial and dwelling space in 2030 and adjusting building space allocation accordingly to meet new government regulations.

Improved Microsoft Flow, a web service automation platform, by integrating 6 services such as Facebook and eBay into Flow and providing feedback to the product team. 3 suggested features were later implemented.
