Team Leader of Product Testing

Basically I experience in Product Testing for almost 6 years on shoe manufacturing factory specially for adidas brand. I've ever trained to adidas HQ in Herzo Germany for product testing training on 2013.

1. Coordinate with Development and Commercialization Department to get sample size to be fit and wear tested
2. Locate and Determine the tester in accordance with the criteria.
3. Do the Fit and Wear Test Process
4. Determine whether the Fit and Wear Test pass or fail.
5. Creates sample in aPTS
6. Write and Submit report of Fit and Wear Test result in aPTS
7. Looking for the local and western tester or athlete to be fit tested and wear tested
8. Responsible the report in aPTS for OC Testing
9. Create the analyze for any failure issue on Fit & Wear Test & come with the clear suggestion & direction to improve the failure issue.
10. Inform to related department for any Fit & Wear Test issue.

- Ensure all the Finished shoes tested in accordance with the matrix for Development & Production stage.
- Ensure all the FGT testing followed to the Adidas Standard.
- Analyze and inform to related department for any failure issue on FGT test.
- Do daily bonding test for every production line & inform the result within the same day.
- Report all the FGT report to the aPTS system


Laboratory Team Leader for FGT

- Prepare the cements for production needs based on shoe models refer to the BPFC.
-  Mixing the cements with correct dosage between the cements and the hardener based on the guideline.
-  Transfer the mixed cements to the production line.
- Analyze and solve the issue in regards with the bonding which occurred in production line.
