• Negotiates markdown funds, opening order discounts, time frame buys and ad co-ops.
• Responsible in presenting seasonal financial plans
• Responsible in building store communication assortment specs/ rotations and proofing merchandising guides.
• Manage Dept. vendor funding, markup and markdown log plans by month.
• Manage and approve pre production, final production samples and proofing vendor and private label packaging.
• Manage PO revisions- ship date changes, upc/ item number change quantity and sku cancelations.
• Oversee PO process from creation to delivery, utilizing PO/ ASN Tracking Reports.
• Responsible for running Price Manager Report monthly and communicating any competitor issues.
• Generate daily/ weekly sale reports via data warehouse.
• Attend weekly market appointments to view merchandise, assist and initiate buys
• Manage sample request monthly for interest buys, events, and advertisements.
