SME CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AND REGISTRATION

I am an experienced customer service representative that excels in communication skills and
client relations. I am very organized and love working with people. My passions include
surfing and health, I love the Seea brand and everything it stands for!

Specific Areas/Responsibilities:

?   Post courses online in Reg Fox and create feedback requests/notifications for all courses.
?   Handle all customer service related to my department (SME)
?   Quarterly pricing updates for SME courses in AUD, GPB, and CAD.
?   Cancel courses/reschedule courses. Notify attendees, and manage  the back end
registration details and customer service questions relating to the cancellation.
?   Email potential hosts and and gather information regarding their location.
?   Create Invoices for all SME courses
?   Check courses for outstanding payments leading up to course.
?   SME customer service- cancellations, reschedule, troubleshoot registration issues, guest
comps, special discounts, payment issues, course credits, and general questions for my
department.
?   Communicate with Host prior to course. Assist with any registration/payment issues and comp spots.
?   SME month end report: number of courses, attendees, types, cancellations, total month
registrations, and anything to report SME related.
?   Create specific codes needed for discounts
?   Date changes/address changes for upcoming courses and events
?   Answer any questions relating to upcoming courses (number of attendees, codes, pre-requisites, etc)
?   Assist with last minute emergencies and or any changes to course and customer
notifications

? Modified exercises to meet specific participant limitations and needs.
? Attended diverse learning opportunities and maintained peak personal fitness levels.
? Provided exceptional customer service to obtain new clients through referrals.
? Managed customer transactions, prepared daily deposits, updated files, processed
registrations and maintained public records.
? Explained class objectives and rules.
? Organized and ran multiple bootcamps separate from class program
? Organized and ran pilates/yoga classes for gym members

COACH

? Tracked member attendance and participation for record keeping purposes.
? Promoted additional classes and available services to members.
