Territory Sales Manager and Estimator

At Renner Sports Surfaces, my role includes:

- Prospecting and managing the full sales cycle for new track/tennis business.

- Account management for Colorado, New Mexico, and Western Kansas/Nebraska.

- Estimating, proposal writing, bid submission, and project management.

- Digital marketing, creation of e-mail campaigns, brochures, and outreach.

- Helping to develop waste reduction plans for job site and warehouse operations to deliver a greener product.

- Working with athletic, parks and recreation, and planning departments from negotiation to project completion.

- Scheduling and managing pre-construction activities.

Renner Sports Surfaces, a subsidiary of Tarkett North America, specializes in the construction and surfacing of post-tensioned tennis and running tracks.

- Estimating, budget takeoffs, proposal writing, and bidding small to large scale commercial, CDOT, and civil construction projects. Familiarity with materials testing and special inspection requirements for divisions 03, 04, 05, 31, and 32.

- Customer service and project/product follow up

- Market Research, RFI/RFQ/RFP followup

- Falling Weight Deflectomer (FWD) operations

- Communicating with prospective and current clients to determine project needs, deadlines, and specifications

- Project setup and administration

Estimating and Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities include, performing routine and complex inspections and testing on construction materials in the field. Gathering data and compiling daily reports under the supervision of the project manager and returning specimens to lab for further testing and observation.

Field Engineering Technician

EMT-Basic


- Providing emergency medical care (up to the level of an EMT-B) in a high alpine, outdoor environment
- Event planning and logistics (budget, vendors and venues)
- Coordinated donations and sponsorships with local businesses for annual patrol events
- Operating area vehicles, equipment, hand and power tools to complete work projects and ensure a safe environment for patrons and employees
