Tax And Treasury Senior Accounting Staff
•	In-charge on all tax related transactions (Filing and payment)
•	Bank related transactions (incoming and outward remittances, loans, forward contract)
•	Cash flow
•	Payment processing

Cost Accounting Staff
•	Responsible in Inventory transactions
•	Responsible in all Cost of Sales transactions
•	Responsible for analysis of the income statement
•	Responsible for the costing of all products, its material and labor costs
•	In charge in checking and validating of standard bill of materials and manhour
•	Prepares monthly sales report.
•	Prepares reports for scrap and sample items for the month.
•	Prepares analysis and graphs needed for presentation of financial statements.
•	Prepares monthly forecast.
•	Support in preparation of yearly budget.


General Accounting Staff

•	In-charge of PEZA related transactions
•	Prepares monthly and annual report to PEZA.
•	Prepares monthly trade purchases.
•	Preparation of documents and schedules for payment to suppliers.
•	Maintains collections and payables on trade customers and suppliers.
•	Analyzes accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts
•	Do various accounting schedules.
