- Assembles and packages roasted coffee in quantity for the purpose of deliveries
- Fulfill online orders accurately for shipping
- Manages inventory of green coffee and other fulfillment supplies
- Order packaging and fulfillment supplies from approved vendors
- Measures, weighs, and mixes necessary ingredients in accordance with standardized recipes
- Provides support to coffee roasting staff such as supplies delivery and other maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintains constant flexibility to address any related ad-hoc or unplanned tasks not otherwise described
- Operates weigh & fill machine, label printing machine, and bag sealing machines.
- Performs mathematical calculations to adjust bag sizes. Has knowledge of basic math measurements, can add, multiply, and divide accurately.
- Knowledge of weights and measures to accurately weigh and measure items for packaging.
- Prepares required reports and maintains daily production worksheets, following record keeping requirements.
- Cleans equipment, supplies and facility to ensure safe and sanitary work area and working conditions.

Production Assistant / Assistant Delivery Driver

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant, and ensure that they are being serviced properly
