Manage the daily operation of the company's main distribution center located in Nashville, TN.
Maintain through proper planning: the scheduling of logistics, safety

Maintain inventory accuracy above 99%, as well as, shipping accuracy above
99%. The Nashville facility accounts for over 80% of items shipped by the company nationwide.

of operations services in support of the sale's department, including the coordination of 20+ DSD sales routes and load-out.  Improved operations
systems, process, and policies to support the organization's mission as the industry's leading energy drink.
Managed accurate inventory levels by daily cycle-counting, forecasting
demand, evaluating potential shortages and determining the most cost-
effective method for ensuring timely delivery of all product needs.
Manage fleet's maintenance schedule to cost-effectively minimize disruption to product deliveries by coordinating preventive maintenance for all RBDC
delivery vehicles. Maintain DOT compliance for 30+ individuals.
Hired, trained, supervised and developed all warehouse employees, as well as, DOT compliance training for all route salespersons. Managed
performance through feedback, coaching, corrective counseling and discipline, and performance reviews. Aligned with GM on the timely handling and
management of performance issues.

Operations Manager

inventory control, facility audits, new hire training, inventory forecasting.
Facilitated efficient and accurate load-out for 15+ retail/residential sales routes.
