• Creating graphics for clients using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Covering everything from concept and thumbnails to finished digital files and working with printers for final product.

Customer Care Representative

• Jack-of-all-trades for a non-profit company. In the Office: Greeted and directed visitors to the appropriate offices and general tourist information. Processed and organized incoming mail, and forms. Updated and corrected the email address book for the office. Set up email groups to distribute weekly newsletters and local information. Prepared membership renewal packets to be mailed and handed out.
• Graphic Design: Designed thank you cards, save the date cards, and posters to coordinate with the look and feel that Seaside Downtown Development Association wanted. Put together the weekly newsletter and saved it in the correct format to be send electronically with links to web pages.

Office Assistant

• Opening and closing the store. Starting up computers to bring the store online, counting the vault and cash drawers, printing out daily financial tracking reports, set daily schedule for all breaks and lunches, setting sales associates to zones, closing and counting all tills at night, setting up the bank deposits and filling in end of day reports and paperwork.
• Assessing financial statements to see where we need to improve sales for the current day, as well as completing hourly tracking of sales to motivate sales associates and increase sales.
• Submitting payroll, checking daily to ensure all employee hours are logged correctly, filling in all forms weekly to ensure payroll is submitted and updated for both the corporate office and the payroll company.
• In charge of sales floor changes, keeping up on upcoming sale changes and markdowns, following floor set diagrams to change, organize and keep the store feeling fresh and new, checking products to ensure they are correctly priced.
• All while providing the best possible customer service, assisting customers by helping them find sizes, directing them to other products in the store, giving them information about new products and items on sale, helping put together whole outfits, letting customers know about return policies, stocking, and marking down items on sale.

Assistant Manager

• Textile print design for apparel using Illustrator and Photoshop to scan, color-reduce, color-match, clean up textile art-work, do image editing, redraw, compose layouts and repeats, and drawing new original artwork all with color separations to be sent to printer for digital production.
• Working on private labels for Wal-Mart and JC Penney, as well as private labels for Macy's, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Kohl's   when needed.
• Digitally formatting and re-sizing images to be saved for different areas of the company.
