PROJECT MANAGER - RUNNING INLINE

Responsible for prototyping and implementation of new & innovative footwear designs, components, processes, materials and concepts into a manufacturability and
marketable finished product.

•   Understanding of advanced concepts of pattern, mould making, part drawings, 2D and 3D
documents, materials.

•   Ability to manage multiple projects and follow Inline development schedule leading to on time delivery of sales samples and production.
•   Ensure that all materials, processes and development samples are fully tested to ensure they
meet adidas' quality standard.

•   Participate in Asia travel development trips 2-3 times per year to work on existing projects.
•	Participate in annual costing meetings, tear down meetings (quarterly)

•	Maintain strong working relationships with Business Units, Design, a.i.t., Materials, Costing, Product Creation Technology, Logistics and Sourcing, to ensure an on time
activation performance for all projects.

•	Support and guide Assistant Development Managers in the team.

PROJECT MANAGER

Manage special make-up (SMU) process, including product samples, costing, confirmation with sales and marketing teams. Responsible for managing the footwear
Development process from design hand off through commercialisation.

•	Communicate with the Asia Liaison Development on design, pricing and production to manage project sampling and confirmation in Asia.

•	Recommend and specify to product team the material, component and construction options
to ensure projects are within the specified pricing target range without sacrificing the products functional goals.

•	Identify key issues in product construction, manufacturing and pricing and facilitate
resolutions in a timely manner.

•	Participate in Asia development trips once per year to work on existing projects.
