- Managed the Inventory Management Team in producing organized, detailed and expertly written reports and analytics for distribution to key stakeholders

- Managed a Tier 2 portfolio consisting of 232 diverse suppliers with 2014 total spend of $502 million 
- Managed a Tier 1 Manual portfolio consisting of 44 diverse suppliers with 2014 total spend of $186 million 
- Collaborated with category leads and key functional stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies designed to increase the utilization of diverse suppliers ?
