Customer Success Specialist

The Netherlands
•   Handle customer queries related to logistics, maintenance of contracts, order management, license management and internal stakeholder queries.
•	Responsible of on call duties during quarter end and year end close.
•	Managing offshore teams in resolving escalations related to sales orders, contracts set-up
and logistics/RMA queries.
•	Engaging with the engineering team to resolve licensing issues.
•	Liaise with the logistics team and vendors on compliance trade queries, produce weekly on-
time delivery reports and costs analysis.
•	Taking care of customer satisfaction survey scores and produce audit reports of the team
incidents.

The Netherlands
•	Responsible for establishing customer and channel partner relationship, discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, renewals, upsell, deliverables and other pre-
requisites.
•	Analyze and manage the renewal pipeline reports for the software/hardware security
products, forecast the growth and revenue of renewal sales targets.
•	Actively involved in strategy planning, customer project migration, setting up process, procedures during the acquisition of HP's new product lines.
•	Actively communicate with sales teams, senior management, channel management, order
management and key stakeholders for the completion of renewal deals in a timely manner.

Inside Sales Lead

• Validate and authorize the Foreign exchange swaps and money market transactions
• Settlements of previous trade transactions to the counter parties via SWIFT
• Managed the cash flow balance. Reconciliation of NOSTRO accounts and bank balances.
Netting off the trade transactions with the counter parties.
• Liaise with treasury dealers and the finance department to monitor and maintain the minimum balances of the bank account held with various banks respective to their
currencies.

basis using swift accord application.
