Through my previous work experience, I have 4 years experience in B2C and B2B brand marketing and communications on the FMCG industry, on French, English and American markets.

•	Led new product development (NPD) projects, with projected sales of $2-$5m in Y1, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, from ideation session to concept test phase to launch in market
•	Launched the new 2018 Graco Fashion Strategy geared towards the Home products with a goal to rejuvenate the category, increase sell-in and improve brand perception
•	Built P&L and determined pricing strategy per channel, customer, and country for NPDs
•	Refined pricing of existing portfolio to create a meaningful price architecture, maximizing gross margin
•	Worked on an EMEA market assessment project aimed at providing information for the Leadership to decide on the next regional expansion for Graco
•	Optimized the Home portfolio ($7m, 150 SKUs), reducing the number of product lines and SKUs by 50%, and creating new SKUs sellable in every country across Europe
•	Managed the $500k Advertising budget for both brands (PR, social, photography and asset creation)

•	Promoted the brand on new markets thanks to marketing tools such as billboards, radio, print ads
•	Formed partnerships with athletics departments from universities to promote Hopdoddy to students
•	Found local philanthropic events to participate in with charities to develop our image
•	Set up an Adwords strategy to develop Hopdoddy’s presence on the web
•	Managed every marketing strategy for the grand opening in Round Rock, including but not limited to: print media exposure, sponsorship scouting, social media presence, in-restaurant presentation etc.
