•	Ensure the adequacy of specifications like packing, MSDS & shelf life for purchasing purposes.

•	Maintains inventory levels by monitoring and analyzing inventory movement, and adjusting stocked items’ PAR (optimal) level as well as min/max levels.
•	Generate inventory analysis reports for decision-making “stock & non-stock category” and action against slow moving/non-moving or seasonal for stock liquidation.   


Supply Chain Specialist

•	Close coordination with Purchase, Finance & Distribution section for inventory control & Forecast accuracy.  
•	Monthly operation review, ensure to maintain QPS & Service Level Agreement.
•	Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff in accordance to the HSE plan.
•	Periodical analysis & design route & Responsibilities for subordinates for smooth warehouse functions and Provides staff performance evaluations and objectives.
•	Ensures that adequate stocks are maintained in the stores to ensure there is no downtime in operational activity due to lack of stock.
•	Monitor Receiving process - verification & inspection – coding –Assign location - & close P.O as per finance terms


Sr.Supervisor (Supply Chain)

•	Coordinate inbound & outbound processes to ensure maximum utilization of supply process. 
•	Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of FMCG. 
•	Proficient in Export/Import LC and its finalization up to settlement and related documentation.
•	Timely resolution and communication of material supply issues, and inventory targets.
•	Ensure full compliance of legal requirements & Industry regulations, along with safety standards.
•	Responsible for effectively achieving KPI targets - Ensures compliance with all GMP and housekeeping standards.
