•	Produced multiple advertising and publicity photo galleries for primetime network television and fashion photography. 
•	Working directly with C level executives in the areas of photo production and creative direction.
•	Manages national remote creative teams in order to meet the needs of internal and external clients within designated timeline and budget constraints.

Remote Position

•	Hand selects styles to create personalized clothing and accessory “Fixes” for individual clients and create an overall unforgettable experience across multiple business lines.
•	Works with leadership teams to understand and provide feedback on current trends in merchandising and fashion.
•	Mentors on-boarding stylists in their styling journey to delight our clients, navigate challenges and provide excellent service in alignment with the Stitch Fix mission and collaborative culture. 
•	Coaches seasoned stylists to help think creatively in order to curate specialized fashion experiences for long term clients.
•	Utilizes Stitch Fix’s online styling platform to understand a diverse range of client’s style needs, including analyzing the client’s style history, style preferences, social media, feedback and style requests.

•	Collaborated with small business owners to develop integrated on-brand photography campaigns aimed at increasing their online and social media presence.
•	Directed all creative and logistical aspects of photo shoots for online storefronts including location scouting, on model and on location styling collaboration and vendor procurement such as photographer, talent and H/M/W.
•	Documentary style photographer, photographing the real stories and candid moments of everyday life.
•	Retouched approved digital images and manages corresponding online galleries.



Owner & Creative Director, Photographer/Producer 

•	Produced from start to finish, multiple photo galleries for primetime network television programming used for worldwide advertising, marketing, public relations and social media campaigns.
•	Joined forces with internal business partners and external vendors to secure locations, styling, talent and production crews.
•	Managed the budgeting, vendor negotiation and shoot logistics for multiple gallery, pilot and new media photo shoots
•	Collaborated with the Director of Photography, New Media and Publicity teams to devise creative strategies for marketing and publicizing artwork for optimal brand awareness of network television programming.
•	Worked in partnership with marketing, advertising and promotions teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all media platforms.
•	Reconciled all costs pertaining to each individual shoots, including but not limited to vendor payment, staffing, and securing permits and locations. 
•	Developed and maintains successful relationships with a diverse range of agencies and freelance professionals throughout the photography and fashion industries. 
•	Responsible for overseeing and collaborating the editing and retouching process with editing team to provide feedback and final sign off.
•	Regularly interviewed and selected editorial and advertising photographers all photography projects.
•	Oversaw post-event media coverage analysis and prepared internal and external reports based on findings.
•	Managed the hiring process of photographers both nationally and internationally to shoot production stills based publicity needs.
•	Managed the external invoicing, including approvals, coding and resolving discrepancies between vendors and accounting.
