Marketing Officer 

A highly motivated professional specializing in overseeing the planning and execution of large scale, multifaceted events.  Has experience in managing several calendars and budgets, directing staff and volunteers, sourcing vendors, and coordinating between multiple organizations. -Manage and expand the Bank's social media presence, curating organic and paid content.
-Creator of "Meet Your Banker" video series for social media, which had highest impressions of quarter for all posts.

Marketing Coordinator

-	Planed and executed nine large scale annual events with total combined attendance of 135,000. 
-	Worked with and submitted ABC Permits, DEH Permits, and City Permits to ensure event compliance and success.
-	Managed event day staff and volunteer team of approximately 35 people. 
-	Curated weekly newsletter highlighting events in Encinitas, distribution of 3,500.
-	Created event website pages, Facebook event pages, and distributes information to online calendars.
-	Organized social media schedules leading up to, and for use day of events.



Event Coordinator 

-	Coached archers from differing skill levels to prepare them for regional and national competition.
-	Developed and managed a coaching staff to facilitate team growth.
-	Communicated with university and team leadership to set, and execute on, long-range strategic team goals.


Head Coach - Archery Team 

-	Acted as event organizer and director for events of up to 500 attendees, ranging in scope of regional to international.
-	Oversaw a $185,000 event budget for a $40-million facility in the 2017 season.
-	Managed day-of event operations, and the event staff of 15 people.
-	Communicated with multiple vendors and organizations, each with independent deadlines and objectives.
-	Analyzed each event’s success using internal and external measures, resulting in event growth and increased attendee satisfaction.


-	Trained under supervision of US National Coaching Staff to maintain top fifteen national ranking and ensure placement in competitive high-performance program.
-	Earned position on US Archery Team in 2013 with a National Ranking of 7
-	Competed internationally taking gold in 2012 Pan American Championships, and Silver in 2013 Costa Rica Cup.
-	Practiced goal setting techniques to successfully meet Key Performance Indicators, and to maintain weekly training demands.

Volunteer Work as Athlete Representative to USA Board of Directors and US Olympic Committee Athlete Advisory Council

-	Took part in forging USA Archery’s long-term strategic vision and was directly involved with the creation of the organization’s collegiate division, as well as the approval of the US Olympic Team Selection Procedures for archery.
-	Volunteered as Vice Lead for the US Olympic Committee’s Athlete Advisory Council, focusing on athlete support and finding solutions to common issues.
-	Organized athlete meetings to collect feedback for the US Olympic Committee Board of Directors regarding the transition of ownership of the US Olympic Training Center.
-	Created the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center Athlete Committee which provides the city of Chula Vista with valuable athlete input following the transition of ownership.
