I have extensive knowledge with camping and backpacking gear, as well as functional outdoor footwear and clothing and have been relied on to train new hires in those departments. I have given many group presentations on varying products to staff members and sometimes in store clients. My excellent ability to understand and educate people about product has lead me to be chosen to train the entire San Francisco bay area stores within my company, about the many styles of footwear, their uses, and how to properly fit them to future outdoor enthusiasts!
