• Plan, organize and manage over 100 events annually. Events are often held concurrently
and include a combination of fundraisers and stewardship events held at different on and off campus locations.
• Manage staffing needs for each event and oversee the staff
• Work with both fellow staff members and outside parties to meet the needs and expectations
of each event
• Manage host committees of five annual fundraising galas.
• Organize silent and live auctions and manage the auction committee.
• Liaise between the organization and its 300-member strong volunteer branch
• Manage the annual Car Raffle fundraiser and its staffing
• Manage the organization's VIP donor experiences; including housing arrangements, performance tickets and other needs
• Hire and manage four summer staff members
• Assist with planning of annual budget and formulation of fund-raising strategies
