Summary

The last five years I have had the privilege of being a part of a brand new program for adidas in Field Marketing. After re-locating to Denver, my focus was the grassroots/shoulder to shoulder relationship to help drive ST and push advocacy for the brand. As the program continued to evolve, I was asked to be a part to help lead a new aspect of the program with a stronger focus to win at running (Booster Agent) within certain accounts. After a short while in this role, I was promoted to lead one of the three regions (Midwest out of Chicago) in the United States for this program. Following this, I took on the role as adidas Field Agent Regional Manager for the Mountain Region because my wife and I had a desire to return to the mountains and continue doing what we were doing with adidas/Archrival.

Some of the most important things I can attest to is the importance to be diverse, flexible, and adaptive in your career. It is these qualities, along with openness to try new things and being willing to learn that helps us obtain our greatest potential. I strive to do these things in everything I do, and always put an emphasis on 100% effort. Anything less is selling yourself short from reaching your greatest potential.
