During my undergraduate career I worked in the campus bookstore as a cashier and customer service representative, assisting customers and patrons with retail and package needs. I have worked as an Intern for the Staff Judge Advocate at West Point Military Academy, where I was mentored by some of West Point's most eligible attorney's, specializing in Military Affairs, Honor Code Violations, and the West Point Chaplaincy. I have also assisted the Mayor of Cortland with a strategic, moral and ethical plan with the county's environmental safety and conservation. After graduating from SUNY Cortland as a dual major in B.A. Political Science and Philosophy, I relocated to Lynchburg, VA to attend the Master of Arts in Strategic Communication program in August of 2017. During this time I began work as a student worker at the Jerry Falwell Library in February of 2018 and was quickly promoted to full-time staff as a Customer Service Specialist in April of 2018. I have had the opportunity to assist patrons with various research questions ranging from Biology and Theology to Nursing and Supreme Court Cases. I have had a hand in assisting with the annual Library Services Fair, organized the University-wide Health Services and Promotion Event, while working to maintain and organize social media platforms for On Par Golf Carts and Services, Inc., in Newburgh, NY. I am one of five other trainers for new hires and often administrative employees - training them in research techniques, effective customer service, emergency preparedness, and WIFI (welcoming, informative, fast and impressive).
