Creative Assistant/Designer

I am a charismatic and creative professional from Portland, Oregon, looking for opportunity to build my career in the design industry. In recent months, I have been able to retain a creative-assistant position working part-time/remotely, while also having the opportunity to work as designer on some substantial freelance projects. In doing so, I have a renewed hunger to contribute to the industry by establishing a full-time career doing something that I both love and do well. I have never felt more inspired to apply my creative abilities; with a background working across multiple disciplines - with designers, business leaders, and consumers - my goal is to always do things in an efficient, adaptable, and polished manner. Through my dedicated work ethic, my ability to learn quickly, and my enthusiastic attitude, I strive to deliver strong ideas, avenues of communication, and a keen creative eye to help improve both teamwork and business outcomes.

Layout design and production of pitch-decks, presentations, and marketing materials, including website content creation and design. Logo, typeface, color palette, and brand identity designer. Insight into/examination of market trends; problem solving and analysis of project-related problems. 

Develop visual concepts and create visual assets to be used in campaigns/projects that support client’s mission/goals within brand and style guidelines. Engage directly with clients, other creatives, and leadership to ensure a unified and centered approach to needs of clients/consumers. Create specialized assets for use on social media, print-media marketing, brand related product, websites, etc. Responsible for the creative process from concept to delivery, including pitch deck creation, the building of custom schematics for factory, strategy for marketing programs, etc. 

Freelance Graphic Designer

Management of all design projects, and creation of visual assets; full creative direction and control of all design processes. Concept Creator for Left Coast Life brand (design and marketing campaign). Creation of catalogs and samples for sales and marketing purposes. 

Design Director

Design of print materials, signage for the gallery space, marketing materials, etc. Customer engagement, including personal client advisory services, and retail art sales. Collaboration with gallery owners about displaying of work, and at what venue; independent curation and inventory management.
