Deputy Manager (Online Business)

Key Responsibilities:
? Account Management & Partner Relationship (Myntra, Jabong, Amazon, Flipkart & Tatacliq)
? Sales Strategy - Ensure category wise portal share as per account plans.
- Deliver budgeted sales and Gross Margin for each account.
? Trading Terms & Joint Business Plan (JBP) Finalization with channel partners.
? To liaise with internal departments (Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain) and ensure availability of merchandise across all accounts.
? Responsible for channel profitability, ROI and P&L Management.
? To obtain maximum digital collaterals and sales through devising, implementing and participating in activities that will provide the highest ROI while achieving brand exposure.
? Interface between the account and the organization for all activities that form a part of building a relationship with the accounts.
? Create social media strategy and calendars and monitor social media management thorough digital partners.
? Identifying and enrolling new partners to generate additional revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Business development/ Channel partner management (Online)
? Stimulate online revenue growth through strategic partnership with Amazon and Flipkart.
? Manage content and cataloguing across categories on e-commerce platforms.
? Create a balanced assortment of products online to increase business with key partners.
? Manage the various dealers/distributors through whom we cater to the e-com affiliates.
? Negotiate with the e-commerce site's buying arm to develop and close deals.
Branding and Marketing Communications
? Plan, develop & execute the annual brand plan & marketing calendar comprising of  BTL & Digital strategies
? Provide creative brief and oversee marketing collaterals to ensure alignment with branding strategy.
? Understanding and delivering strategic requirements of the brand.
? Ideate and implement in-shop branding and product display units.
Digital/Social Media Marketing
? Maintain website and keep it updated on new product launches, events and case studies through CMS.
? Plan and execute social media campaigns - Facebook & Twitter.
? Design and execute email campaigns to communicate with customers and potential customers, to create lead generation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Executive

- Product launch and research
? Launch of a new sub brand of Tanishq (FQ - Teen diamonds).
? Interacting with the target group to gain insights on their perception and preferences.
? Working and coordinating with the marketing and communication team for FQ.
