I have been working in the non-profit field for my whole career but I am ready to leap onto the other side with a company that is doing right by the environment, its customers, and its employees. I feel my non-profit skills in organization, attention to detail, customer service, and external/internal communication are highly transferable and I look forward to applying them to my next career. 

o	Create and implement new programs for the Development and Marketing departments to increase revenue and attendance
o	Foster positive donor and constituent relationships to expand the reach of the Aquarium mission and support the direction of the Development department’s goals

o	Plan and coordinate events to increase awareness of capital campaign and ensure future funding of Aquarium campaigns
o	Develop funding proposals in order to meet the department and Aquarium’s financial needs

Capital Campaign and Individual Giving Coordinator

o Partnered with the Director of Development and focused on all aspects and activities involved with the AltaSea capital campaign with a fundraising goal of $217 million
o Ensured a positive experience through relationship management for donors, prospects and the Board of Trustees on a daily basis
o Certified in the Raisers Edge, a CRM database targeted for nonprofit fundraising

o Planned and marketed events for the community, local schools, exhibit openings and more

Museum Coordinator

o Implemented a professional volunteer program, managing a team of 40+ regular volunteers
o Developed social media content for museum programs and brand development

Volunteer Coordinator

o Counseled "at-risk" youth in an experiential educational environment
o Supported and encouraged children to reach their full potential with positivity and understanding of their
