• Researched competitive market, interviewed consumers and retailers, identified current sales trends and delivered strategic business case outlining extensive research, strategies and sales tactics
• Managed global business development initiative, overseeing relationships with 27 international distributors directing market behavior, guidelines, SOPs, sales best practices and expansion
• Wrote extensive 75+ page go-to-market strategy and strategic business plan

Hired on 3 month contract to analyze extensive product line and OEM sales strategies for 4700 products within an industry, and developed a go-to-market strategy for key distribution partnerships and strategies.
• Analyzed current distribution partners to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and built a competitive specification database in Excel outlining 9000 product SKUs
• Identified new brand opportunities, new product opportunities, and brand image and position

Market Research Consultant

Partnered with BionX investor team to develop innovative new technology, developed extensive market research analysis and establish operations to align business model with the goals of the primary investors.
• Created go-to-market strategy and business plan to allocate all resources for product launch
• Identified and secured Asian sourcing partners for complete bike assembly and product specification
• Implemented Southern California warehouse and office space, identified 3PL provider, and outlined IT network and infrastructure requirements

Director of Business Development and Operations - Elby

Responsible for developing new go-to-market sales and distribution model for North America and Europe.

Global OEM Sales Manager

Developed and executed a detailed North American sales plan for OEMs distributing through the highly competitive global bicycle marketplace and supply chain to establish and manage brand voice and image.
• Established major distribution channels including Dealer Sales and Service initiatives to deliver high quality parts and service, and develop the brand voice directly to dealers and end customers
• Collaborated with a wide range of Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing Managers and Executives within the industry to continually position and reposition OEM specs
• As subject matter expert, presented hundreds of new product introductions, technical seminars and product development trainings to stakeholders throughout the global marketplace
• Developed relationships with independent and specialty retailers, and became trusted advisor and subject matter expert for  Shimano products and services
• Ensured all bicycles designed in North America included Shimano OEM specifications and parts
• Won Shimano wheel specification from Global OEM, increasing sales by over $3.5M/year

National OEM Sales Manager

Developed effective sales strategies to increased revenue, developed brand awareness and image, and ensured all sales quotas were achieved.  Managed sales team of 12 and outlined all sales activities and goals.
