PRODUCT CONTROL
• Be involved at the sample stage
• Conduct Sample/QC-file Hand over meetings
• Attend Pre Production meetings on certain orders with the Supplier/ Factory
• Perform Inspections using all tools and methods
• Make sure that all requirements are being followed in production
• Make sure that the order is produced according to the approved counter sample
• Perform follow up on Requirements for Quality System (RQS) / Guideline for Production & Quality (GPQ)Control
• Always keep the basic requirements for Sustainability in mind

COOPERATION WITH PRODUCTION TEAMS
• Maintain close co-operation with Production teams and co-operate, co-ordinate and communicate with all concerned Production teams
• Secure the best products for bulk production according to time of delivery
• Maintain open dialogue between the teams to find solutions and effective methods and avoid repeated mistakes
• Give feedback to the Production teams regarding Suppliers/Factories' status


COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS
• Maintain close co-operation with Suppliers and have a good knowledge of Suppliers' production setup, e.g. production process, machinery, employees' skills
• Educate and support Suppliers/Factories practically in their daily work according to requirements
• Encourage Suppliers to become more active in finding good solutions. Secure the best product for bulk
Production
• Be a good role model towards Suppliers/Factories

Job Profile:
• Checking of Buyer block Pattern with against Tech pack received in Gerber Cad System.
• Checking of factory pattern with Block pattern for shapes, spec and construction both manually and cad system.
•  Review the Trial Samples to the Buyer Tech Pack Requirement. Feedback given to the factory to proceed on Fit Sample.
• Reviewing Fit Samples, Size Set, PP Sample and Top Sample Before sending to buyer.
• Review of internal (Factory) Size Set, Pilot run Samples, Cross Check with PP Sample & PP Comments. Advise review comments to Field Q.A & Factory.
• Production Pull Samples Review in Three Stages.
• Initial out of line Garments (Before Wash). Will be checked for Construction, Trims & Needle Work.
• Initial Wash Garments (Before Pack). Cross Check Garments for Msmts, Visual look of gmt. I.e. Check for Measurement, Workmanship, Price ticketl, Hang tag. Packing Approval, Poly bag, Poly bag Printing & Dimension. Feed Back on Shipping Goods.
