Student Athlete Housing Founding Director

Develop and implement short and long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
EFFECTIVE IN...Public Relations, Team Supervising, Team Building, Recruiting, Marketing, Community Relations, Program Coordination, and Operational Development. 

Responsibilities: 	
?	DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS with Athletic Department and individual team coaches to provide housing to athletes
?	COLLABORATE WITH COACHES ensure leases, events and recruitment plans are executed according to plan
?	MANAGE DATA through Excel and Appfolio
?	PLAN AND DEVELOP SCOPES OF WORK for improvements/services and seek out qualified contractors to bid the work.
?	INITIATE AND MANAGE all maintenance related and capital improvement activities.
?	DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with contractors, negotiating pricing, collaborating on approved sub-contractor list, keeping contractor/sub-contractor list updated and publishing the list for the tenants.
?	SUPERVISE AND ENSURE WORK COMPLIANCE of contractors to meet and exceed the needs of The Basketball Houses.


•	Regular Classroom Teaching Responsibilities (Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring)
•	MANAGE AND IMPLEMENT Multi-Level Small Group Reading Instruction
•	DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT  Multi-Level Literacy Workstations and Integrate Writers Workshop
•	MANAGE AND MONITOR Cooperative Learning Group Work Plans
•	Optimum Human Performance classroom based on Fundamentals of Brain Function (movement, nutrient dense food, sleep, and community)

?	PARK MANAGEMENT
?	TRAIN AND SUPERVISE grounds staff on district and National Association of Landscape Professionals procedures, techniques and safety standards through hands on experience and Webinars.
?	MANAGEMENT OF VOLUNTEERS for projects, timelines, deliverables, and assist with Recreation Center events.
?	IMPLEMENT, IDENTIFY AND PURSUE Recreation Center Staff on new fundraising opportunities to support Recreation’s stewardship and outreach program.


Park Ranger (GWII)

Responsibilities:
?	Sell our hardware and software solutions to named accounts within my assigned geographic area.
?	Prospecting for new business and monitor upgrade timelines for existing customer hardware.
?	CONDUCT PRODUCT TRAINING AND SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION and Monitor their Work Flows
?	CONDUCT CUSTOMER NEEDS ANALYSIS, identifying pressure points for all accounts as well as creating proposals and timelines for deliverables
?	Create and maintain a marketing campaign with local Chambers and Referral Networks for our local office.
?	RE-ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS with local Fortune 500 companies.
Accomplishments:
•	Rebuilt our relationship with the Fortune 500 business in town (Contract Freighters Incorporated, Inc.)
•	Joined the “Giving Back” group through the Chamber of Commerce 
•	PARTNERED WITH AREA BUSINESS LEADERS who are on a community servant mission 
•	Cultivated more local business for us 
•	Placed product at a permanent kiosk inside the chamber
•	PART OF THINK TANK COMMITTEE for the first annual Oktoberfest post the Joplin Tornado.
•	BROADENED OUR COMMUNITY FOOTPRINT in the Four State Area by nearly 40%.
