AMA Supply Planner (Levi Global Supply Chain)

• Supply Chain Professional with Management Degree in Retail & Supply Chain Management with 8+ years' experience in Supply and Inventory Planning.
• 4 Years of experience in Supply Planning in SAP APO.

Finished Good Planning:
• Convert monthly sales forecast to Production Requirement(P-req) in SAP APO.
• Drive production planning of core styles on the basis of 4month rolling forecast.
• Manage vendor capacity for frozen period and give projection for future months.
• Making fabric projection/raw material rolling projection for forward month.
• Place orders to vendor based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability.
• Represent Supply side in the planning meet for arriving at production plan scenarios for season.
• Monitor and own inventory level/coverage, the product availability as per agreed guidelines, recommend and get agreement with affiliate for exceptions.
• Monthly working on Improvement, Deferment and Cancellation plan with sourcing on the basis of demand variation.
• Alignment with affiliate on monthly/rest of year Material flow.
• Measure SC performance (stock, service level, on time delivery   ), report and present at weekly/monthly ops meeting and drive for resolution of any deviation versus target.
• Integration with affiliate, and other SC partners (Sourcing, Logistics, Demand and Merchandising Team).


Purchasing Analyst:
• Drive monthly/weekly on time issuance of purchase orders as per the trigger dates.
• Drive the monitoring of the supply chain performance (on time delivery to DC thru daily due-in reporting).
• Monitor Vendor/Sourcing KPI thru monthly OTIF (On Time In Full) and Serviceability reporting.
• Drive monthly/weekly review of delivery due-in plan with stake holders and ensure load balance at DC.
• Ensure on-time PO closure @ Factory and shipment of finished goods from factory.
• Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time shipment handover to forwarder and arrange shipment.
• Ensure on-time PO receive at respective affiliate DC and regional DC at Singapore/EU.
• Proactively address to Demand team on potential production delay at factory.
• Work with PD and Sourcing to mitigate production delay at factory.
• Weekly review with sourcing for Past due/Backlog POs and mitigation plan.
• Weekly review of ship risk and shipment mode change to AIR Shipment @ Vendor Cost for delay POs.
• Track PO wise short shipments by vendor and ensure replenishment plan against the same.
• Negotiate with sourcing/vendor for penalties against short shipment and delay delv.
• Review and convert POs to AIR @ GSC/Affiliate cost to meet improvement plan requested by Demand team.


• Review and approve early shipment request by vendor.
• Work with sourcing/vendor on possible delv improvement as per demand change.
• Ensure min liability on affiliate for PO deferment and cancellation.
• Timely system/report update as per department guidelines.
• Support team on data consolidation and ad-hoc reporting.

Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze merchandise performance for respective brands to monitor statistical objectives, adapt	inventory as needed and increase sales volume to achieve annual target.
• Quarterly demand planning for Men's wear core styles.
• Create buy plan for next season buying.
• New season launch & Stock Allocation.
• Managing the distribution of stock, ordering stock, deciding delivery dates.
• Follow up and coordination with distribution center for on time delivery of stocks in store.
• Maintain optimum level of Inventory at Store & Distribution Centre.
• Ensure Replenishment of Stocks and maintain ARS (Auto Replenishment).
• Fortnightly review of Base Stock on the basis of sales pattern.
• Maintain Fill rate & Availability at Store.
• Maintain WOC benchmark at store as well as in Distribution Centre.
• Stock consolidation for End of Season sales &GRDC of old season stock.
• Planning to liquidate old season stocks & introduce new season merchandise.
• Meeting annual target for respective brand.
• Coordination with sourcing team to receive new stock on time.

Assistant Manager Replenishment Planning

• Inventory Control & Warehouse Management (Defective & Damage control, Shrinkage control, Negative Inventory Control).
• New Store Opening
• Stock transfer from one site to other site by raising STN/PO in SAP.
• Clearance of GIT/SIT(Goods In Transit)
• Maintain Offers & Discounts.
• To keep WBC (product with barcode issue) zero.
• SOP Audit. (Internal audit for sales, warehouse, customer service, inventory and other operation parameters.).

Operation Executive at Big Bazaar

• Managing Shop floor having size 8000sq ft.
