General Manager 

I am a health, wellness, and adventure enthusiast, looking to pursue a career with a lifestyle brand that I am passionate about sharing.  I am customer centric, goal oriented, and a team player. I have management and leadership experience, a retail/sales background, and many years in a customer facing role. I love to create relationships and I am always up for a challenge! 

-Manage complete gym operations, ensure clients have an above average experience, and grow membership
-Oversee social media and marketing, plan and execute studio events 
-Hire/train new staff, coordinate schedules, handle repairs/maintenance, and track inventory
-Respond to inquiries, monitor member accounts, and resolve any client related issues
-Communicate between owners, employees, clients, and vendors
-Motivate staff and enthusiastically represent the brand in and outside the workplace

-Responsible for meeting monthly leasing quota in a competitive market, while representing the property in a professional and approachable manner 
-Balance prospective and current resident relations on both a short and long term scale 
-Respond to leads in a detailed, timely manner, referring to other communities if necessary 
-Coordinate leasing process from start to finish, including renewal offers, negotiations, evictions, and paperwork; including payments and fees 
-Go above and beyond to exceed resident expectations
