Heading online content operation for MBC's digital department
Launching & managing the online Originals content program for MBC
Producing 8,000 videos a month and creating the online distribution plan across all 600+ social media accounts
Managing the creative process, overseeing the production and distribution on MBC’s social media accounts, for online content creation, online brand integration, and MBC ‘White Label Content’ deals
Boosting MBC’s own platform, Shahid.net, using owned social media accounts
Managing MBC’s digital business development and 3rd party integrations in the social media domain
Restructuring the whole team and managing 115 employees across 4 countries
Achievements & Numbers:

In 1 year (2018), boosted MBC’s viewership by 50% to achieve a billion views a month consistently throughout the year
Boosted MBC online video output by 30%
Moved MBC from number 47 to number 37 globally according to Tubularlabs ranking in the Media & Entertainment industry
Boosted MBC’s social media video revenue by 200%
Introduced 2 additional revenue sources for MBC’s social media content

We established ourselves as one of the first online video producers through our hit program with Dr. Bassem Youssef. We took it to the next level, and we are currently the IP owners of the 'AlBernameg' as well as the executive producers. We also did the executive production of Moez Masoud 'Al Tareeq Al Sah' that aired on CBC in Ramadan 2011. 

On the other hand, Qsoft ltd (and its sister companies; Diwan & Qsoft Videos) combined are biggest YouTube partners in the MENA region with over 100 million video views for over 350,000 video assets claimed, managed and monetized by our group
Achievements:

Became First Youtube Partner in Egypt, and the 2nd in MENA
Activated & managed 80% of the TV Networks on YouTube in Egypt throughout 2010-2012
Created & Produced the first original content for Internet (AlBernameg)
Did the first online to TV content conversion in MENA
First to implement the Youtube Partner Sales Agreement in MENA
Sold and executed the biggest YouTube sponsorship deal in Egypt for an independent production to date

Founder & CEO

Zee3 Mawhbtak is a talent signing booth that was sent to rural areas of Egypt in early 2016, where we would bring in random people from the street and ask them to sing in a sound insulated portable booth. We created an online show that commented and showcased the talents discovered. The following was done in Zee3 Mawhbtak:
- We discovered more than 200 raw talents across 24 Governates in Egypt
- The digital show was watched over 40 million times organically in 1 year
- In two seasons (in one year) the show was sponsored by Coca cola, Mondelez, Orange, Unilever
- The show was sponsored for $450,000 in Egypt; which is, to date, a record number for an online show
- The IP was sold to Diwan Group in 2017

Managing Partner

The first commercial original on YouTube in Egypt that converted into the first political satire live to tape TV show in MENA. I personally founded the idea, gathered the team, hired the host, funded and managed the operation of AlBernameg from the day of its inception. I later moved the operation and the IP into my majority owned company Qsoft.
Al Bernameg Digitally:
- First commercial Youtube only production in Egypt
- First online to TV conversion in MENA
- First YouTube channel to reach 1 million subscribers MENA in 2013
- First YouTube channel to reach 2 million subscribers in MENA in 2014

Al Bernameg on TV:
- Scored 40 rating points/Episode in Egypt alone (40 million viewers) making it the highest ever viewed content in the history of MENA to date
- It was filmed live to tape in DownTown Cairo with true live audience. The whole industry followed
- It opened up the late Friday night TV spot, which was an inactive spot before AlBernameg. Now it is prime time across all MENA
- A backlog of 230,000 people registered online for our 200 seat limit to watch the show as it is filmed live
- CBC shot to number 1 most viewed TV channel in Egypt after it aired AlBeranmeg
- MBC Masr shot to number 1 most viewed TV channel in Egypt after it aired AlBernameg
- Jon Stewart was a guest on the show on his first appearance ever on as a guest in the MENA region
