You can already see what my name is, so here's a little bit about myself. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in 2018. After graduation, I worked in the golf, and snowboarding industries on the East Coast. While in college, I worked in the Customer Service/Surf Industries during the summer months. I currently work as an Operations Administrator for a Shipping and Logistics Company in Orange County, CA. I am looking for a faster paced career, with a more exciting company, in an adventurous industry. I am a quick learner, goal driven, and take passion in all that I do. I have great people skills and like to think I could sell ice to snowman (before the whole climate change thing). If I sound like someone who you think could contribute to your team, give me the chance to show you why I am.

I am responsible for analyzing and reporting all P&L Reports, finding how resources and workers can be used to create a larger revenue and maintaining a smaller labor percentage. 

Responsible for day-to-day operations at the golf course. Maintaining an organized tee sheet, processing transactions, maintaining pace of play, acting as a direct point of contact for all guests and golfers, reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional. 

Operations Manager

Educating customers on all products in store; from soft goods to hard goods. Helping customers select the proper ski or snowboard for their type of riding. As a Master Boot Fitter, I fit carefully fit customers in the proper ski boot, taking up to 3 hours to find the correct fit to ensure comfort, performance, and safety. Product knowledge from companies: Nordica, Volkl, Burton, The North Face, Arc'Teryx, Salomon, Ride, Smith, 686, and many more.
