Reporting in to the Product Manager

my role is to assist to clients with new releases. Duties include:
• Assisting the Product Manager in implementing a new user interface and website for top earning clients
• Monitoring the delivery of new releases into digital services
• Producing sales reports and offering insights on current activity in the market

Career break/Freelance

Reporting in to the Director of Group Supply Chain, my role was to manage the day to day running of the digital operations team. Duties included:
• Ensuring all digital releases are ingested and delivered into the market successfully, whilst fixing any problems and implementing the necessary actions along the way
• Liaising with labels, production and sales on a daily basis to effectively optimise our digital catalogue and new release revenue
• Building and maintaining relationships with labels, retailers, royalties, & I.T to support the successful functioning of the operations team
• Undertaking strategic technical projects in order for our labels to improve efficiency and productivity
• Utilise all relevant I.T. and reporting systems for ad-hoc reports, investigations and project work
• Producing sales reports and data insights, working closely with the director of data insights to gain a greater understanding of audiences and markets
• Managing a team of four involving weekly meetings and bi-annual appraisals

Digital Operations Manager

Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, my role was to support the running of the digital operations team. Duties included:
• Working with the digital production team to ensure all new releases were delivered and maintained accordingly across all digital services
• Liaising with labels to ensure all steps in the production and delivery process run as smoothly as possible
• Managing iTunes priority release deliveries using Apple's iTunes Producer software
• Sending out releases schedules and top sellers reports

Digital Content Coordinator

Assisting the Head of Aggregation in delivering One Little Indian and Fat Cat content to the major digital services through the in-house aggregation company, Second Wind, as well as third party labels that Second Wind aggregate for.
