For over the past 29 + years I have worked as a leader in sales and management in the retail, wholesale and not-for-profit industries, building strong organizational cultures of accountability, productivity, service and profitability. Prior to that time I spent 10 years in academia teaching communication arts and theatre. As an experienced educator together with my in-depth business experiences, I have been able to develop key competencies comprising strategic planning, sales, business process improvements, employee relations, recruitment and retention, training and development, and customer service. This diverse background has prepared me well for a strategic, senior-level management role with an industry leader delivering breakthrough services and products that transform the experience for consumers as well as for employees.
