Client Developer General Surgery

I started my career as a personal trainer and as Head  Cross Country Coach for Westminster College.  During my time as Head Coach, I took a job as a manager at a local running specialty retailer.   A few years later it was purchased by Salt Lake Running Company and within 2 months I was named as sales floor manager of their flagship store.  I spent  8 years with them and grew into the role of director of sales.  During my tenure, I helped earn top 50 running store in America all of the years I was there.  I also became the face of the company doing TV spots and headlining clinics.  I continue to work as the MC for their running events.  I took a job as the east coast director of sales for a SAS company called WellSteps and sold corporate wellness programs to businesses of all sizes.  I currently work for CHG health care doing  Locum Tenens staffing for General and Trauma Surgery.

Work closely with Hospitals to fill temporary surgeons' positions.
Effectively build excellent working relationships with internal & external clients.
Audit contracts between hospitals & Dr.'s. Ability to problem solve for hospitals and fill a need for surgeons around the country.
Understanding what services & specialties are needed at hospitals and health systems.

As the East coast national Sales Rep I assess the health and wellness needs of a company's workers.  Once the evaluation and assessments of the company's employees are completed, I then recommend the appropriate program to ensure the organizations wellness success.
Created and implemented sales of WellSteps corporate wellness solution.
Established relationships with Insurance Brokers and Consultants and heads of HR to help them with wellness solutions for their clients.
Created customized slide decks for sales presentations.
Maintained the most organized and detailed pipeline of leads generated into our CRM in company history
Closed and doubled the amount of accounts in my territory.
Created the milestone meeting criteria to ensure client success with the WellSteps Solution.
Wrote over 50 proposals and performed hundreds of webinar presentations as well as on-site presentations.
