Human Resources Associate (MYHR-Amer)

• Assist the employees of Societe Generale (AMER) as the first point of contact in all their issues relating to Human Resources.
• Utilizing the Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) for employees' data management.
• Help the employees in using all the applications and providing access to the application that have to be utilized on a daily basis.
• Interpreting and clarifying the companies HR policies & practices.
• Ensuring that all confidential information is kept safe and secure.
• Maintain documents regarding the process and also share updates to the team members.
• Prepare verification, Visa and Invite letters for the employees based on their various requirements.
• Collaborate with the Learning and development team in order to assist the employees in various trainings offered by the company.
• Review SOP's on a timely manner and update accordingly.
• Manage the day to day queries and direct them to the right point of contact when necessary.
• Provide advisory support to the employees regarding their benefits and time off
• Managing the AMER employees training records on the My Learning tool.
• Registering the employees for various trainings and providing them with the training schedule.
• Conducting soft skill trainings within the team for new joiners (Business Communication and email etiquette, presentation skills, Time Management, Stress Management)
• Assisting the employees with expenses and reimbursement procedures of external courses and higher education.
• Contacting the Vendors to check for availability of training upon request of the employees.
• Coordinate with the onsite team on various updates and process improvement steps.
