I am a highly driven and passionate college graduate possessing a comprehensive skill set ranging from customer service, digital marketing, event planning, corporate partnering, and community outreach. I'm currently working at Stance HQ as a KPS Representative (Customer Service Agent). 

- In charge of hosting in-house events, and providing food and beverage service in a fast-paced setting
- Assists event manager by completing administrative tasks as needed
- In constant communication with various accounts LCBC serves through catering and private events
- Promoted to LCBC’s Marketing Team with an on-campus customer market focus, and outreach to local businesses
- Educates the public on LCBC’s services which include off-site catering, private in- house events, and beer/spirit tasting

- Answering all inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats in regards to Stance products, warranties, order tracking, returns, and sponsorships
- Providing elite level customer service
- Processing returns and refunds for our e-commerce customers
- Processing and documenting all warranty related orders for customerTrack and follow up on claims of undelivered packages or orders with missing items
- Reporting product quality issues to the quality control department to assist in improving product development

KPS Representative

- Defined and created the mission, vision, and operational strategy
- In charge of developing and maintaining partnerships with local city officials and businesses in order to enhance programming
- Creates all internal and external communications and message content
- Designed the marketing strategy and manages all social communications channels
- Produces original social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Manages annual budget and fundraising campaigns
- Plans and manages 20+ annual events, including bi-annual fundraisers
- Created a training program for volunteers and delivers quarterly training
